ANNUAL STATE ANTHOLOGY Each spring Missouri State Poetry Society publishes an anthology of the poems of our members. A member is entitled to have one page in the anthology for his or her poem (or poems, if they are short). The anthology is called Grist and features on its cover one of Missouri's old grist mills. Every member is encouraged to submit a poem that is 37 or fewer lines in length (including spaces between stanzas), which leaves room on the page for the poet's name, the poem's title, and the MSPS chapter the poet belongs to. The deadline for submitting poems for the anthology is May 1, 2008. Poems should be e-mailed to myshoesaretootight@hotmail.com or mailed U.S. Postal Service to Dawn Harmon You do not have to buy an anthology to be published in it, but
if you want a copy mailed to your home, enclose $8.75 for the book and mailing
fee. Make check to MSPS and send it by June 1 to |
