Note: I created this grid just for the example.
You must use a grid from the exercise.
I have highlighted the words I chose,
then put them in bold in the poem.

Line 1: BRIGHT
Line 2: TEXTURED RED WHISPER SOUR
Line 3: SHARP BLIND CRACKLE TANGY
Line 4: RADIANT EARS FLAT PERFUME
Line 5: AROMA SMOOTH EYES SHOUT

Without a voice, the bright lights,
whisper in silence a come hither look.
Sharp lines cast shadows down alleys,
while the neon glow, radiant and seductive,
reflects off the smooth metal of waxed limousines.
The familiar stink of burning fossil fuel;
crowded streets, where bodies crash in uncontrolled unison;
dilapidated subways rumble in the bowel of the city.

NOTE: Once you have completed the exercise, try playing with different combinations as I have done below. Use the same title and grid; however, choose a few different words for the lines. (see example #2)

Line 1: BRIGHT
Line 2: TEXTURED RED WHISPER SOUR
Line 3: SHARP BLIND CRACKLE TANGY
Line 4: RADIANT EARS FLAT PERFUME
Line 5: AROMA SMOOTH EYES SHOUT
Line 6: BLUE HUM BLAND STINK
Line 7: CRASH PALATE DETECT INSPECT
Line 8: RUMBLE SWEET STALE HANDS

EXAMPLE #2...
DOWN ON BROADWAY -- by Steve © All Rights Reserved.

Bright, polished glass extends toward heaven;
fractured red reflections of a distant setting sun;
sharp edges of aged spires slice the skyline;
radiant pulses of half-lit marquees;
voices shout for taxi escapes;
lights hum as they electrify the air;
bodies crash in uncontrolled unison;
the stale stench of antique filth goes unnoticed.
